The Driver 18.5.1 does'nt install on my pc!

My gpu is a RX580, with (i think) GCN.

I'm suposed to install the driver Adrenalin 18.5.1 for Windows 10 64-bits, but, also when i  completely delete the actual driver and rebooy my pc, it wont install, say thats my gpu don't support the driver...

What hell i have to do to this run on my pc? Pray for God?

I just went to play games on my 29 inch Toshiba Tv :(
