Arcade OSD, any chance of command line options?

I was wondering if it's possible to add command line options to arcadeosd.
I've got a misbehaving emulator that doesn't restore the desktop mode on exit, and it would be great to have a quick and easy way to restore a correct resolution via command line.. i.e. arcadeosd -13 -setdesktop, as a example to select mode 13 and set as deskyop.
