Topic: Flicker filter for Interlaced modes? Old driver versions?

I am having a problem with the flickering on the interlaced modes on my CRT TV. I noticed in the change log that there used to be a flicker filter that was removed started with version beta 11. Is there a place where I can download driver version beta 10? Or are there other options to enable to flicker filter in the newer drivers?
